The front shows a collage of Kaneki across different moments — fragments of a mind in conflict, layered like memories that don’t stay still.

One sleeve carries his duality: Kaneki in his restrained form with the covered eye, and his awakened ghoul form beneath it — both wrapped and pierced by kagune. The other sleeve features the centipede, tied to the idea of mental collapse, marked with numeric details that echo his breaking point.
