Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. This means we start crafting your item as soon as your order is placed.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak times, production may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been produced, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Europe: 7–21 business days
USA & Canada: 14–21 business days
Rest of the world: 14–60 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We strive to offer fair and transparent rates worldwide.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are determined by your local government. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.
