After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page. Once payment is confirmed, your order goes into processing immediately.
Order confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after payment. If something goes wrong or payment doesn’t go through — your order will not be lost, and you can try again anytime.

All payments are processed through secure encrypted systems. We do not store or have access to your card details.
DELIVERY
We don’t just ship products — we make each piece to order and send it out when it’s ready.
Production time
After you place your order, we need 3–5 business days to produce and prepare your item for shipment. Each piece is made individually, so we take time to make sure everything is right before it leaves.
Shipping time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes around 21 days on average, depending on your country and local postal service. Some regions may be slightly faster or slower.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package step by step until it arrives.
Customs & duties
Please note: customs fees and import taxes are not included in the price of your order.
Depending on your country, these charges may be applied by local customs and must be paid upon delivery.
We don’t control these fees, as they are set by your local authorities.
