Refund policy

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Returns 
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at fonkshopua@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges 
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at fonkshopua@gmail.com to start the exchange process.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period 
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
